Placing an Order
You will have a chance to verify the information during checkout, if no changes are required proceed to "Place Order". You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received, and a follow-up email with a proof of your design. If confirmed at this point your order will be shipped.
Due to the nature of custom orders, once the order has been shipped or picked-up there is no returns/refund, no exchange, and no store credit offered on such items.

Tax charges are based on applicable provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the location of our head office in Ontario. Sales tax will also be applied to the shipping charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax. However, you will not receive a refund for the tax you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
