Shipping & Returns
Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. they are based on Canada Post’s shipping rates and subject to outside vendor shipping charges
SHIPPING typically arrive in seven to ten business days. Please allow up to fourteen business days for shipments to remote locations.
Rush delivery is available on any order within Ontario at a rate set by Canada Post. Please contact us if you require a rush order of 1-3 days.
Local pickup is available at our Brantford location. Pickups are done on an agreed-upon date.
For international shipments, choose the regular shipping fee and if rates differ you will be notified and reimbursed or charged.
RETURN & EXCHANGES

Here is a list of eligible return items and reasons.
-a customized item with an incorrect spelling/wording that was different from the confirmation proof sent before shipping.
-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Items cannot be returned to the pickup locations without prior contact.
-We want you to absolutely love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, please let us know as soon as possible and we can help make it right! If that means sending you another color, a new size, or an entirely new style. (unless items are personalized)
-washed or worn items cannot be returned
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please keep in mind we are making items custom and the final proof has been confirmed we make and ship in a timely manner. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been made or shipped. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.
